[Product description]

The cotton brightener is a stilbene derivative with high whiteness and wide application range. It is a fluorescent whitening agent suitable for whitening cotton and its blended fabrics.

pH: 7.0±1.0 (0.5% aqueous solution)

Compatibility: It can be compatible with non-ionic, anionic, silicate, and enzyme preparations.

Stability: resistant to hydrogen peroxide bleaching, alkali, fire resistant and reductive bleaching.

[Scope of application]

This product is best to be mixed with cold water, then dissolved in hot water to obtain a homogeneous solution, then added to the application bath or supplement solution.

1. Dip dyeing method

1) One bath method:

Detergent: 0.5-0.8 g/l

Caustic soda 1.0~2.0 g/l

Hydrogen peroxide: 5.0~10.0 g/L

Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer: 0.5~1.0g/L

Anti creasing 0.5-1.0g/l

Sequestering 0.5-1.0g/l

Brightener 0.1~0.3%

Add pretreatment agent, hydrogen peroxide stabilizer, caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide, Brightener at room temperature, incubate at 98°C for 45 to 60 minutes, cool down and drain, neutralize and wash the water too soft.

2) Two bath method:

Detergent: 0.5-0.8 g/l

Caustic soda 1.0~2.0 g/l

Hydrogen peroxide: 5.0~10.0 g/L

Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer: 0.5~1.0g/L

Anti-creasing 0.5-1.0g/l

Sequestering 0.5-1.0g/l

Add detergent, hydrogen peroxide stabilizer, caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide, Brightener at room temperature, incubate at 98°C for 45 to 60 minutes, cool down the water, neutralize the wash water and add white.

Brightener: 0.1~0.3%

G'Salt: 5~10 g/l (if need)

Add this product at room temperature, keep warm at 70-98°C for 20-30 minutes, cool down the drain, wash the water too soft

2 padding method:

Detergent/wetting: 3.0~10.0 g/L

Caustic soda: 3.0~10.0 g/L

Hydrogen peroxide: 10.0~50.0 g/L

Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer: 3.0~10.0 g/L

Process: one dip and one rolling → drying (100 ° C) → baking

[Packing and Storage]

◆ Brightener solution should be used with the use, not suitable for long storage

◆ In the actual use process, if the water hardness is high, it is recommended to add some softener or sequestering.

◆ Prevent direct sunlight during storage, and prevent moisture absorption during transportation and storage.

25kg Packing (lined with plastic bag);

Store in a cool, ventilated place to prevent heat and exposure. The shelf life is 12 months.
